Lavoie Architectural began with a craft handed down, not picked up — the kind of trade passed from one set of hands to the next, learned by watching before it’s ever learned by doing. That early education became a standard we’ve never lowered.
Years spent refining technique, building relationships with builders and designers who shared our obsession with the details, and learning what “premium” actually requires — not just better materials, but better judgment about when to use them — led to Lavoie Architectural’s founding in 2018.
Today, we work alongside Maine’s most respected builders and architects on projects where the finish isn’t an afterthought, it’s the point. Our crew brings the same precision to a cabinet door as we do to a great room ceiling, because we learned early — the way it was taught to us — that the work doesn’t know the difference between small and important.
